Tesla proudly marked a significant milestone in the production ramp-up of the Cybertruck during its 2024 Annual Stockholder Meeting.

Elon Musk expressed his belief that the Cybertruck is Tesla's best product to date. At the meeting, he announced that the company has achieved a production rate of 1,300 Cybertrucks per week. Looking forward, Tesla is setting its sights even higher, aiming to boost production to 2,500 units per week by the end of 2024.

Musk also revealed that Tesla will soon cease production of the Cybertruck Foundation Series. Instead, the company will shift its focus to producing non-Foundation Cybertrucks starting in the fourth quarter. During the presentation, a clip highlighted the company's journey, stating: “Made the Impossible Possible with Cybertruck.”

When Tesla first unveiled the Cybertruck, it received mixed reactions. Some people instantly loved it, others were quick to dismiss it, and many were unsure what to think. The Cybertruck's design and promised features were unprecedented in the pickup truck market at the time. Since then, Tesla's vision for the Cybertruck has influenced many electric vehicles today, particularly through its innovative features.

"I think with the Cybertruck, it really is something special. It feels nice to have different opinions on the Cybertruck. But if you really want to know if something is cool, if it’s a great product, show it to a kid," Musk said.

The Cybertruck has certainly sparked excitement and curiosity among both children and adults, drawing attention wherever it goes around the world.
